Aiyo, listen up, my friends! Uncle Tot here. After so many years running this Hock Gift Shop, I tell you, I've seen everything. People come in, they buy patches – one here, two there. At first, very happy. Then next time they come back, all their precious patches are all over the place, stuffed in a plastic bag, some even bent. My heart also pain for them, you know?
That's why today, I want to share a good lobang with you all. It's this Rothco Patch Book. Not some fancy, expensive thing, but something solid, something that works.
Your Patches Got a Home, Finally!
You see this book? Simple, right? But don't play play. This thing is made from tough stuff, the kind that can tahan a bit of rough handling. You can bring it to your meetups, show your friends, no need to be scared it will spoil.

See? The front cover itself got a nice spot for you to put your favourite patch. Can be your name, your club, or like me, my shop lah! So you can show off a bit, let people know this book is yours.
Inside is where the magic is. It comes with 10 pages, but each page is double-sided. That's 20 surfaces for your patches! All your little stories, your memories from that event, that trip, that unit... all can sit nicely side-by-side. No more messy messy.
Just look at that. So neat and tidy, can see everything at one glance. When you want to find a certain patch to stick on your bag for the day, so easy! No need to dig through a messy box until you sian.
Uncle Tot's Honest Opinion
Now, I'm a shopkeeper, but I'm also your friend. So I must be honest. This book is very good, but it's not a miracle lah. The pages are held by a simple cord. It works, easy to remove and add pages. Some people who are more "atas" (high-class) might want something fancier, but for most of us, this is more than enough.
My only advice is this: don't be too kiasu (afraid to lose). The book can fit a few extra pages, but if you try to stuff too many inside, later it cannot close properly, then how? If your collection is really that big, just get a second book. Settle the problem, right?
The material is strong. It holds your patches tight-tight, so they won't just fall off. You can peel and stick, peel and stick, rearrange them anytime you like. Very shiok one.
So there you have it. A simple solution to a collector's headache. You spend so much time and money finding these patches that mean something to you. Don't just leave them anywhere. Give them a good home.
Next time you drop by the shop, come say hi to Uncle Tot. We can share stories, and I can show you this book in person. Ok lah, take care!
