2. Product Information and Pricing
Hock Gift Shop attempts to maintain the accuracy of product information. However, due to constant evolution of our product, product specifications may change at any time without notice. Prices are valid only in the Singapore and are also subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors that may appear on the Website. We attempt to display the colours of our products accurately however, the colours you see depend on your monitor or printer and we cannot guarantee the colours you see on your monitor or printer to be accurate.
3. Purchase and Payment
Please complete payment within 2 working day(s) from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment frame will be cancelled automatically.
We accept Local Bank (UOB/OCBC/DBS/POSB) Transfers and PayPal payments.

For Inter-bank Transfers, it will take 3 working days for the banks to clear the transaction. Upon completion of transfer, your order will be mailed out on the next working day.
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to a buyer arising from shipping information and/or payer information entered by the buyer or wrong remittance by the buyer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether a buyer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
Paid orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within 2 working day(s).
We do not guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates. If a package is delayed due to issues/problems with a carrier service, we will not refund your shipping charges. Please address the issue with the shipping company.
4.1 Bounced Parcels

4.2 Defective Item
We apologise for sending you a defective item. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.
Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.
*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
4.3 Incorrect Item
We apologise for sending you the wrong item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the item. Proceed to send your item back to us, your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
4.4 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for all items, except for Sale Items. Simply, mail it back within 7 working days from the date the parcel was delivered with your PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Please note that items need to have their tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and is purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any labels on it. Exchanged items must be of equal value or less. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.
5. Third Party
We contract with a third party to maintain and host our Website. Therefore, any information you submit, including personal information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by this third-party host. The third party has agreed to implement technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.
