There is no one at home during delivery, what do I do?

  • If there is no one at home during the delivery, Ninja Van Courier Person would give you a call to arrange for 2nd delivery.

 

The Status of my order is reflected as "DELIVERED", but I did not receive the Package.

  • Please double check with your family members or colleagues. They may have received the parcel on your behalf. Otherwise, please contact HGS Customer Service at wecare@hockgiftshop.com

 

I did not receive the package within 3 - 5 working days, What do I do?

  • Please note that during festive seasons e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc delivery will take longer than the stated time.
  • You may check the status of your parcel via https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/ If you are unable to track the status of your parcel, kindly drop us an email wecare@hockgiftshop.com and we will assist you further.

 

Can I come directly to your shop to purchase instead of ordering online?

  • Yes, you can visit our office to cash & carry directly. We do keep stock up to 90% of the products that are listed online. Please note that we do not display much things @ our office, if you would like to come here to make your purchases, please print out your shopping list before heading down. We only accept Cash & Nets payment.

I have received the wrong/faulty item. What do I do?

  • Firstly, email us at wecare@hockgiftshop.com stating the defects, please attach picture for reference.
  • Secondly, mail it back within 7 working days from the date the parcel was delivered with your PROOF OF PURCHASE.
  • Or, alternatively, you can come down to our HQ with the product at:

  • Please note that items need to have their tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and is purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any labels on it.
  • Once we approve of the exchange, delivery charges would be absorbed by us and the item of exchange will be mailed back within 1 – 3 working days.

 

I've received my item, but would like to change the size

  • Firstly, email us at wecare@hockgiftshop.com stating the size you wish to change to. Please note that this depends on the availability of the item.
  • Secondly, mail it back within 7 working days from the date the parcel was delivered with your PROOF OF PURCHASE.
  • Or, alternatively, you can come down to our HQ with the product at:
