I’ve made my payment, but why is my order status still showing “Pending for Payment”?
All orders will be verified @ 10pm everyday. Once your order has been verified, your order status will be updated to “Shipping“.
All Paid Orders will be mailed out on the next working day. Order Status will be updated to “Delivered”
If your order is mailed out via Singpost Registered Mail, a Registered Article Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.
When will I receive my order after I’ve done my payment?
Local Order (Normal Mail): 3-4 Working Days
Local Order (Registered Mail): 2-3 Working Days
Local Home Delivery: 1-2 Working Days
International Order (Registered Airmail): 5-14 Working Days (depending on location)
How do I collect the items when there is no one at home during the delivery?
If there is no one at home during the delivery, SingPost postman will slide a notification slip under your door so you can collect the item at your nearest post office.
Please note that if item is not claimed from the post office and it will be sent back to us, redelivery charges apply again for resending.
